4.     Serve the mango salad immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.

Harumanis Mango salad is a great option for a light and refreshing summer meal, or as a side dish to accompany grilled meats or seafood. The sweetness of the harumanis provides a delicious contrast to the spicy jalapeño and tangy lime dressing, while the crisp vegetables add a satisfying crunch. It is also a great way to incorporate more fruit and vegetables into your diet, as mangoes are a great source of vitamins and antioxidants.

This harumanis salad recipe is easy to make and can be adapted to suit your tastes. You can add additional ingredients like avocado, cucumber, or grilled chicken, or adjust the spiciness level by adding more or less jalapeño. You can also experiment with different dressings, such as a Thai-inspired peanut sauce or a creamy yogurt dressing.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a refreshing and flavorful summer dish, give harumanis salad a try. It's easy to make, healthy, and bursting with delicious flavours.
